My nan’s spare room.

Have any of you had Human Factors trg in your jobs?

What do you think?

Is it excusing people, is it explaining the obvious or is it worthwhile development?

Is this where HR get the new starts and warn them about gropey Bob in maintenance or slutty Rachel in packing?

The closest I have come is reading "The human factor in aircraft accidents " which is a lot more interesting than it probably sounds

Not excusing, understanding that people can / do mess up (for many reasons) and building systems to stop this.
