During this hot weather may I remind everyone to put out clean fresh water for our garden visitors to drink and bathe in.
They'll love you for it.
I wouldn’t be kind doing it. Drawing birds in to be summarily slaughtered by my cats seems counter intuitive.
I’ll try and pop a dish in a tree, out of reach.
We do, we have to put it somewhere inaccessible to seagulls though. The sparrows love it followed by a dust bath in our sorry state of a vegetable patch.
