What are your favourite places particularly for sunsets and sunrises, golden and blue hours.
So far this month I’ve done sunrises at Flamborough head, Robin hoods bay, Filey Brigg, & sunset & sunrise at Win Hill, Kinder Scout, Curbar Edge, Ludds Church, Riber Castle, Lost Lad & the roof of the multi story car park at Midland Station! I also did a sunset & night walks around the old deserted town , harbour, graveyard and Abbey at Whitby.
I need more inspiration please ! I have two and a bit weeks left. If you have any really spooky gems and I go I will DM you a photo |

Another Place by artist Antony Gormley, it’s a hundred bronze castings of himself looking out to sea on Crosby beach (Merseyside); they look absolutely amazing during sunrise and sunset especially. |

Worms head/Rhosilli beach, Ferryside overlooking the estuary over to Llanstephan and it's castle at sunset is one of the best views ever. Pentre Ifan at sunset is probably one of the most atmospheric and spiritual feeling. Anywhere on the preseli hills, so many ancient and stunning backdrops, check out Preseli360 on social media. Has loads of different ideas on where to go in the area, even a woman made of stone. |

The cow and calf in Ilkely - two huge rocks which look incredible in the sunset.
Been at the top of Whernside for sunrise and that was amazing
Formby beach as someone mentioned - the statues look both eerie and inspiring in the sunset.
We live near Cleethorpes and the sunrises are just spectacular here
Wild camped on the Little Orme in Llandudno and the sunsets were just amazing

Llanddwyn took my breath away and the beach had so many different kinds of rock pebbles of so many different colours. |

Llyn y fan fach is stunning, part of the Carmarthenshire fans. Can wild camp there too which I think from previous posts you're into.
4 waterfalls walk in the Neath, not great at weekends too crowded though. Not far from there Maen Llia which is an absolutely massive standing stone of epic proportions at dusk is amazing. |

Absolutely stunning, a lot less busy than South Pembrokeshire and North Wales. Can walk not see a single other person, it's bliss. |

I know it well I’ve done a few photo shoots there at sunset in the past. It’s great now that they have been weathered by the sea you get some really cool effects as the Sun is going down |

"Saltburn is great for some photography.
Plumpton rocks Harrogate has some absolutely stunning views too.

I Love Saltburn. The surf in the second half of October is probably one of the best locations in the UK.
I’ve never actually been to Harrogate so might check out plumptom rocks, thank-you |

"Any locations throughout Cornwall please throw them out there. We are there for a week in July x"
I only really know St Ives. Like Whitby it is north (ish) facing, So it’s possible to photograph both sunsets and sunrises over the sea |

"Wembley stadium, the Shard, Parliament Hill, St Marthas on the Pilgrim's Way
Pilgrim's Way & Guildford looks nice, thanks."
The Surrey hills, Shere and Newlands Corner areas (not far from Guildford) have some stunning spots.
Holy Island is another one
But actually I’ve taken some cracking sunrise photos around Skegness/the lincolnshire coast of all places. For me there’s something quite atmospheric with the wind turbines in the background (avoidable if not your thing) |

make the most of it, that's just my local favourite, he west coast of Scotland is constantly voted as one of the most photogenic in the world, from it's beaches to the colour of the sky.
it's just a pity that for all but about 2 weeks of the year it's bloody passing down lol |

I've seen sunrises and sunsets all over including very famous places but I have to say in this country Brightlingsea in Essex are some of the best. Maybe bc of the flat topography? It's very pretty by the marina and estuary. |

I love the walk to holy Island at low tide , barefoot through the mud. The island itself can be a bit busy but I have a Wildcamped discreetly and got some nice sunsets.
Yeah kinda like the wind turbines as well I’ve not done anything around Skegness, once cycled out and camped on the beach at Hutoft & spurn head and up I love.
