Do you have a particular way to de-stress or just live outside the moment you are currently in?

For me I’ll ride my bike. Push or motorbike. It gives me freedom of mind

I used to ride my motorbike. But that got knicked. So I replaced it to help with the stress of having my motorbike knicked. That also got knicked. Now I just take the stress.
