Hey folks,
Just wondering how everyone goes about their shower routine. Do you use a sponge, washcloth, or just your hands? And how do you apply the soap to your body? Curious to hear how others do it.

I take no less than 30 minutes in the shower. It's a rainforest-ritualist experience. Many metrosexual products are invited, including other bathing paraphernalia. Everything that occurs behind the shower curtain is spontaneous and instinctive, I don't think about it with the minutiae of what actually occurs, in which order and what cloths and whatnots are used. |

I spend ten minutes just getting wet including my hair.
Shampoo hair. Whilst that’s left in I scrub my body neck to toes using a Moroccan scrub globe thing.
Rinse shampoo and body.
Condition hair. Comb conditioner through hair.
Shave legs.
Do a second full body scrub.
Exfoliate my vulva. (I had a weird nightmare about this last night.)
Bend over and rinse condition out of hair whilst leaning forward to not get condition on my body.
Exfoliate face.
Wash face.
Rinse body off.
Spend the rest of the time warmly under the hot water until I feel my skin is going to fall off from the heat and only then get out of the shower.

Step 1: Turn on the water. Step 2: Get in. Step 3: Try to remember if you already shampooed or not. Step 4: Sing loudly to cover up the sound of your terrible dancing. Step 5: Realise you're out of hot water. Step 6: Cry a little. |

I wet my skin, then rub everything thoroughly with an exfoliating glove, rinse it down with hot water. Then lather up with my favourite body wash/ soap then apply shampoo before rinsing everything again.
Dry everything with a hot towel.
I usually feel fantastic after doing this routine

) wash hair . Rinse full body from head downwards . Use shower head to get into nooks and crannies. Turn off shower exit shower onto bottom of bath sheet dry feet and lower legs wrap towel around middle . Return to kitchen remove eggs from pot make some toasted soldiers to dip in my breakfast . If I’ve gone over I don’t have any soft egg to dip my soldiers in which can be upsetting .
