have found the best thing is to drink water as soon as you get back from your session, then before you go to bed, then any time you wake up In the night. You end up going to the loo a lot but the hangover is much shorter lived and not as bad.
Plus take the pain killers!

I only had 3-4 hrs sleep I'm so tired, why, oh why, can I not sleep when I drink!
