As most of us know any form of social media interactions can be risky, especially if you worry what others will say,even family.
I have always been self conscious about what others think or may say, though learning to ignore it better or else wouldn't survive here.
But have noticed I am reluctant to contribute to what's app groups with friends or family apart from the blandest of comments, even if it's just fun.
For example previously I would post pics of cake a friend would make me in return for favours and to show off her skills. But now worry people will think or say that been eating too many of them, which takes away the fun, even if it's just banter to them. |

these guys at the end of comments so people would know I was being facetious but now people either get it or they don't and I dint really care.
