This is open to all condiments... on a roast what is your preferred sauce?

Apple sauce on pork.

Mint sauce on lamb .

Not keen on horse radish on beef but do like mustard in ham sandwiches .

Can I have both please as I like them both

Will have horseradish on a roast dinner and mustard on a beef sandwich

Love cranberry on chicken and turkey but don't eat pork and don't like apple sauce and hate stuffing

I don't like horseradish or mustard.

Or brown or red sauce. And mayor and salad cream have their place but only only with appropriate foods and in moderation.

I do enjoy applesauce with pork, cranberry with fowl, stuffing with white meat and fowl, and mint jelly with lamb.

I am also Victorian on the subject of table manners, especially in children - learn early and you can eat with confidence in any setting and with any company.

On pork my homemade pumpkin and apricot chutney. Mmm yummy.

Dont like mustard or horseradish blurgh yuk yuk.
