Tinned tom on a saus and egg.

Red only on home made fish cakes and brown only as an ingredient in stews and soups in moderation.

And i only put them out with appropriate foods - so yes they'd be on the table with a cooked breakfast or chips but for very little else.

Don't normally spoil bacon or sausage with sauce but tried a sweet chilli sauce with a Cumberland sausage sandwich recently.

Like red sauce on cheese on toast or scrambled eggs.
