Same old England, we will play not to lose, probably go 1-0 through a Kane penalty and then conceded in the latter stages after defending the 1-0 lead!!
Either that or they’ll go out and tear it up to give us false hope again |

Nonsense. The term was coined here in the late 1800s to differentiate the game from Rugby. It comes from mangling the word “association”.

The playing of the ball backwards towards our own goalkeeper needs to stop pass forward get the ball to Foden and Kane I mean our full back Kyle Walker has been our brightest hope so far hes quick and robust . |

I actually respect how far he's gone as tournament football is all about results. But at clutch moments, he's been too timid in his approach which is not fitting for the talent this team has. |

Southgate should walk. Terrible manager how they keep saying he got us to a semi and a final. A big no no from me. HE LOST us both games back then not playing grielish and he done it all over again not taking him this time. Waste of space. Arguably up there with the best with the players we got and he has no idea. Sorry for the rant but fully deserved |

I love how the manager gets it in the neck when England lose but he is never praised when they win.
At the end of the day, it's the players on the pitch that didn't put any effort in...fuck the overpriced egotistical, we deserve to win dickheads and get a team that want to put in the effort! |

Let’s start off by addressing the biggest issues.. the Foden on the left issue isn’t working! The TAA is a DM with rice isn’t working!
Now… solutions….
Jude.. love you as a 10 for Real Madrid… but you have valverde and modric and kroos and 2 french boys behind you!
You were a brilliant 8 for Dortmund… that is what got you the move.. play their for England !
Southgate…. Foden plays 10 for Man City… he was the best player in the country last year playing at 10….. play the kid at 10!!!
Gareth…. The left side… if you were going to leave grealish and rashford out.. I was hoping you’d have an alternative! Anthony Gordon plays there for Newcastle… bloody use him!!!

Not a bad shout, and if those changes don't bring results, bring in Palmer and Mainoo for Saka/foden. Toney in for kane, these are the in game changes needed to freshen it up and give those that deserve a chance to show their worth |

Pretty much spot on. I think Bellingham doing so well for Real as a 10 has thrown a bit of a spanner in things so an alternative could be benching Foden, bringing Mainoo or Gallagher as the 8 and then Gordon on the left. But I like yours better |

I’m struggling to understand how Gordon and Palmer are on the bench
Struggling to understand how Foden and Kane are still in the starting XI
you can tell none of the players believe in Southgate
Rice, Saka, Bellingham, Foden and crew have had phenomenal seasons but they’ve been dire the last two games

Foden has to play as a 10 - he doesn’t stay out wide and so is a 10 anyway and with Trippier not left footed we literally have no one down that side of the pitch and the middle of pitch is congested.
Surely Rice and Bellingham in the middle and two wingers.
No point playing Trent as no one other than Saka is making those darting runs for him to pick out, unless Gordon is down the left.
So easy to defend against us - we’ll be out once we play a decent team.

Shearer and Lineker slaughtering Kane post match was my licence fee worth.
Even better, they went to an interview with Kane in tunnel and he must have heard half what Lineker said.
I thought Denmark looked a good, organised side with a bit of pace in attack |
