Fabs Favourite Music Artist Ever !! Round of 32 Match 9 !!
Jump to: Newest in thread
OK after counting votes from well over 90 folk I've done the Maths and whittled all the votes down to a final 32 according to you lot !!
The most voted for artists will of course be the highest seeded and vice versa ..
Many artists got 1 vote but didn't make it to the final 32 so with that said here is the next clash in the round of 32 ....
Just state your favourite of the two and by the end of the day (11pm ish) the one with the most votes will advance to the round of 16 ..

As a completely irrelevant aside, why do they both feel so inconsequential today, considering they were both so massive, and for so long?
Odd how they feel so nebulous...probably just me.
Anyway,
Whitney please Grumpy. |

They’re both very ‘android’ ..technically very slick but without connecting any emotion. You never feel like they really feel what they’re singing if it could be a grocery shopping list for all the difference it makes. |

I think it's that, then more (no idea what), then more again (even less idea from me).
They also seem so "80s and 90s"....they're missing that timeless thing, whatever that is.
Elvis seems similar - so utterly pivotal in getting the whole teen/young adult music scene going, but without the longevity and touchpoints of Beatles and a few others.
It feels that way anyway...I'm sure I can be shot down, but hope I'm shot down well. |

Even though Bono is a total arse, I was a big fan of the spy plane.
Sunday Bloody Sunday was a Student Union party anthem when I was at varsity.
I've never been able to stand Whitney bloody Houston. (I don't dislike people who like her, just don't play it anywhere near me).
Them's me thoughts.
