Smile
today/this weekend/this week/this month?
I'm feeling in better spirits today (I swear I'm psychotic).
Father's day is almost over and down with - I'd been dreading it more than I realised. And, I even managed a short peaceful walk in the sun with a Cornetto that I didn't have to share

Ooh what flavour Cornetto?
I had been referred to hospital by my dentist as I had an ulcer that wouldn't heal....I got the all clear this week which means I was given the go ahead for more dental work
It's been a worrying few weeks for sure |

The Mr opening his 30+ hand drawn cards from the little ones this morning, she's been busy make cards for around 3 weeks it was so lovely.

Someone very special bought me a hamper and a card into my bedroom this morning ! And I then got the pleasure of taking her out for lunch and clothes shopping.
Other than that I am loving being back in the UK & not working all summer, the weather, the air , and all the lovely people and sexy women ! Constantly smiling  |

"At Download festival, the suns come out to play and it’s like someone rolled the clock back 15/20 years for all the bands I listened to in my teens. Happy happy happy"
My 22 year old is there currently, his first festival, I'm really glad at this point he lives with his dad with all that muddy washing lol.
What's made me smile this week? Life has made me smile, which is something I never thought I'd say really, I've smiled because I can see noticeable changes in my body (and cried lol), I've smiled because rubik and I batched cooked together this week, I've smiled because I finally started the house renovations I've been putting off.

Yay for Cornetto walks in the sunshine!
So today - a really good meal and wonderful company. And exciting planning.
This weekend? Realising it's soon next. The sunshine.
This week? Him. A beautiful dress. Changing a piercing.
This month. Him. Life in general.
I fear I'm going to soon be one of those irritating twunts you see who are smiling constantly. |

Had a hard week mentally last week, when I got home from work on Thursday, hubby had run me bath, with loads of bubbles, candles everywhere and a hot cuppa on the side. In the living room in my favourite vase was a bunch of tulips. I was so touched I cried. I’m very lucky to have him |

Today not a lot. Daughter plainly can't be arsed to even send a hello - nothing else of note today, work tomorrow so let's see what that brings I've already had an idiot turn up to his holiday tin box expecting me to rush out and fix his problem  |

I had a few days away golfing with a mate who has been struggling with his mental health for a year or so. Made me smile for two reasons firstly that he now feels well enough to do it and secondly he shared how much he felt I’d helped him during the dark times.
Also I got a great Father’s Day card from my dog |

The mud isn’t too bad, I’ve seen it worse anyway but this year I am glad I’m just here today.
Less happy now though… some cheeky mother f**ker just came and said he was looking for a milf with baby wipes and could I oblige… thought I was a few years off the milf stage  |
