Seems like people expect a statement in first message I understand the generic hi how are you ain’t great. But was wondering what has worked well for others in first messages? |

It's not so much a statement. More that your message shows evidence that you've read their profile and you've provided reasons why you think you'd be a good match. Also showing you're not just sending a Cut & Paste job
Though! this is reliant on the other profile having information that will allow a personalised message. |

A first message doesn't bother me as long as it's not faf or just Hi even worse unsolicited cock  , something I can reply to.
At the end of the day I look at the profile if I like it I'll reply and If I don't I won't, the message as such is irrelevant. |

Think it’s pretty hard for guys. If those filters are off chances are that profile have heard it all before.
It depends…Nuts sends basic intro messages usually. I will add a little bit of something personal from their profile and pics to start the convo. Also shows a bit of interest. But tbh we get the same amount of responses back so mneth. I’m just chatty so I find it hard to just say hey lol - Mrs |

What makes a good first message is showing that you have read and understood the person profile.
For example there is a word I don't like and I clearly says on my profile don't use it, it's amazing how many still use it. |
