Weekdays wake up at 7 don’t eat till between 12 and 1 no paticular reason other than preference (do drink a lot though 2 pints of water, pint of milk and a cup of tea before I leave for work)

Normal day - up at 5am - Porridge made with water sweetened with grapes.
