Who wants one??
I’ve been brewing some elderflower wine and I have 6 L of the stuff, I’m just waiting for the perfect day and some perfect friends.
And some fucking sunshine would be nice!!
If I supplied the wine, what would you guys bring along?….. and who is in |

Oh shit. So how long have you had yours mellowing out? Hahaha.
I did an apple made, and it was harsh when I came to drink it to the point where I wasn’t willing to wait any longer for the others, and we just drank it, and it tasted like scrumpy.
I’ve also done a straight honey mead in the past, and I cut that with whiskey and sugar, that was nice.
As much as I like mead, I’m unsure I can actually make it to the type that I’ve d*unk and enjoyed. If that makes sense. |

it's about 5 months now I'm trying a odd recipe one batch that is spiced with black pepper and the other batch is quite going to be quite dry but that gonna take longer, but both batches are a bit experimental. |

Normal green(ish) salad: lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, pepper, red onion, carrot, sweetcorn, radish.
Then perhaps Greek salad, I might make something with cheese and bacon and croutons... perhaps a Caesar... |

I'm going to collect some elderflower tomorrow if its dry. Going to do some elderflower champagne. Only takes a few weeks before it's ready. |

My dad has a BBQ he made out of an old calor gas bottle.....best BBQ ever and the only acceptable use of a gas bottle in a BBQ |
