The thing is every bodies conception of a dad bod is completely different. Where is some women? May think that Dad bod is a bit of a podge some other women might not me, I’ve got a pudgy belly. I’m not denying it, but I’ve also got muscles in my stomach because I’ve got a bad back so I’m having to use the muscle in my stomach to sit up and down all the time But I wouldn’t say I have a dead bod and I’m far from Muscular |

I like big built men
Big shoulders and arms not necessarily big muscly but big built - a dad bod is very welcome
I like to feel really small in comparison

In 2021 Dating . Com had a survey where they asked 2000 singles via email what body type they prefer in a long term partner- and almost 75% chose dad bod over any other body type. But wait ✋ there's more...in the same year they had another survey where they asked another 2000 singles what body type they prefer in a partner when it comes to sex- and almost 70% chose fit/muscular over any other body type. I think that "dad bod" has become twisted now to include everyone who is a bit lazy and chubby / verging on fat.
I'm sure it was more a relaxed and athletic or previously muscular physique originally.

Can't say I've ever heard it used that way. I'd say most mean it as a more kindly description of 'comfortable'. Fifteen years of booze, pizzas and occasional games of five a side football. |
