Calling all rugby guys and Ex ones

Ex rugby player here until injury dashed my hopes.
Played at a decent level too when I was a lot younger.
Some days I still miss it but then remind myself how physically demanding it was and how my body couldn't take it anymore.
Make your own jokes about the pounding the body would take and now I've rather give it

Played to a very decent level when teenager my fellow prop was just a tad better than me(Not really it was like we played a different sport) Jason Leonard played for county but just sort of fell out of love with the game. Then tried to get back to it in early 30s and enjoyed it but probably more the social side. It's a great game to play my biggest regret is being down south never got to try Rugby League I think it would've suited my game I loved tackling and carrying never ever enjoyed the ruck(Not good for a forward to admit but I like my head having some brain cells left within it |

Loved it played for far to many years & the body sometimes tells me that now, but wouldn’t have missed a minute of it, always in the back 5 of the pack, nothing can really replace the buzz of the physical confrontation. |
