It’s late, you just got back from a meet - how do you wind down?
I have just grabbed a quick shower and now I find myself in bed with a box of crackers, loads of pate and a big glass of milk. I am loving it

I like going for a slow walk (well not if it’s late night.)
Showering.
Snuggling into loads of cosy bedsheets.
Eating cold, fresh fruits.
Drinking loads of water.
If I’m really treating myself, I’ll indulge in a warm cookie. |

We go back through the night making sure we both saw it the same way.
Showers, sandwiches, tea, bed, lots of giggles and laughter.
If the meet hasn't gone too well, it's a bit of a post mortem time. |

Just been for a slow walk, late at night, however, I am a man and I also have a large dog to walk.
Slow walks late at night and early in the morning were my salvation during the pandemic. It's peaceful. |

I’m usually buzzing, so I lie down and replay moments in my mind…. I am a minger so don’t shower until the next morning- I like still having the scent of my partner on me as I go to sleep. The husband tends to like it too as most times he’ll sniff me and want sex  |

We eat - takeaway, chocolate.
We hug, cuddle and feel close, watch a film and fall asleep on the sofa.
We make sure we keep in touch with our play partner, ensure all is good.
When we get to bed we reminisce from our different viewpoints and reconnect sexually.

Depends on what time of day it is when I get home, as to what I do to unwind  but invariably a shower, I like to have put fresh sheets on the bed to go home to, and probably a Spotify playlist featuring somewhere along the way. |
