Pauline Quirk is playing a creepy character, she is good.

I think it's the creepy police woman's kid - or the Bogey man!

I reckon the D.I's kid has something to do with it, and i think drugs are involved. I also think the bald dude with the plumbing van is dodgy!!

Have to say, they are all looking dodgy, i knew it weren't the old guy. (media sucks) Every time i think its one person, something else happens and i change my mind.

no matter

The boy is hiding something for sure. Pauline Quirk is behaving oddly but dont think its relevant to the murder. hmmm . dunno

The guy that played the dad was on morning tv the other day and he said that none of the cast knew who the killer was up untill the last day of filming so that non of them would let it show or give it away . I think this is a fantastic why to film and has made it very good to watch . I think bold guy the dad works with has some thing to do with it x

Why has Pauline Quirk got the skateboard and why has she invited the DS's boy to call on her? Probably another red herring in an already expanding shoal.

This is brilliant! David Tennant is a fantastic actor (and a lil but fit) but the story line is great!

It is obvious who did it....Roger Rabbit...

I had a lump in my throat about Jack.

I think Pauline Quirke's character is suspicious but I think Miller's son has hidden things - remember he deleted all those files.

Don't know who did it, but we're all likely to die of boredom before we find out.

It's just sooooooo slow.

Now starting to find things a bit slow and boring. Investigation wise, it is rubbish, storyline (what story)! Will watch it till the end, as I would still like to know whodunnit.

It's more than a murder mystery, it's exploring the impact the media have, the breakdown of a family thrown into tragedy, extra marital affairs, the blurred lines around the newsagents love affair. The hysteria of a community and ultimately the grim reality of loss. Not sure all that and a fast pace would work too well. It's great that characters are given time to reveal themselves.

Skegness

It's been very good to date but feel it's just starting to drag on a little now. There are still 2 more episodes to be screened.I am begining to think that perhaps it is a paedophile ring and Pauline Quirk's character is "grooming" the kids for others ? She is definately involved as she has the dead kids skateboard in her caravan.

"as if they'd let the father go see the killer in prison???"

Creative license, notice how the dad filled the screen, all large and powerful and the killer was small, low and weak?
