Roquefort. Into a decent strong Cheddar as well, of course. I could go on...I'm nearly as cheesy as my chat up lines I suppose

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I don't do the runny, goat or blue ones but everything else is yummy. I have a couple of favourite cheese shops around the country and love going in for a tasting of whatever is local.

I'm not a fan of Blue cheese bit like many others.

We bought my dad a smoker for his birthday so he is going to buy lots of different cheeses to smoke and see which turn out the best

Dolcelatte on a digestive biscuit with a slice of pear.

The creaminess of the cheese plus the crunch of the biscuit and the sweetness of the pear make for a pretty perfect mouthful.

Emmental with bacon - yummy, a good Wensleydale and although I used to loathe blue cheese, I now have a taste for a bit of Stilton

South East Northumberland

A nice mature Stilton with a glass of port. Favourite local cheese is cuddys cave out of Doddingtons in Northumberland.

Charley's favourite is Black Bomber which is a very strong cheddar {or so she says but I'm not so sure lol)
