That doesn't happen.
You can still have sex years after the last time and still get the urge too BUT it's true what they say about the more you have the more you want. It becomes part of your routine and who you are and you are switched on to it.
You can get used to never getting any but you don't become celibate before your time and that time is when nature and age won't let you |

When you consider that you will never be attractive to the opposite sex, never get sex or romance or a partner or just come ons from women AND you have slowly over time come to believe that it is the fault of women AND your dislike of women grows because you regard them as shallow and only wanting wealthy men or six foot plus gym bodies and you cease to see women as human but as creatures that deliberately treat you badly and cause you pain.
( I don't want to stereotype incels but you might need a black hoodie or at least a black sweatshirt and pants with greasy lank hair and a spotty face, mum is still bringing your din dins into your room even though you are forty three and she worries about all the mean looking men you talk to and the ranting you do in the mirror............ and the scrawlings in blood on your bedroom walls ) |
