One of the school mums came charging down the path on her kid's tiny scooter this afternoon.
I was complimented on my naughty-ish embroidery/cross-stitch project.
I made my kid laugh, which made me laugh. |

Two people said to me - I never thought about it like that before and thanked me.
My daughter finished her exams and sent me a gif of a dancing cat and said she loved me.
An old friend informed of his triumph over his addiction. Made up for him.
There's been a couple of downers too but swings and roundabouts. |

Oh, and my son sent me a link to a song and said it made him happy because it sampled lots of 50s and 60s music that we played while he was growing up, and it made him think of me. It was very much out of the blue and possibly the nicest thing he's said to me all year. |

Walking around some old cars with my wife, my youngest son and my parents. I had fallen out with them over the behaviour of my eldest but today was the start of a reconciliation. This is important to me and my sons as they are now in their 70s. I know this is not old but none of us are around forever. Today is the day to start making the most of them and counting myself very lucky that I still have both my parents. |

Hearing noises and looking under the trampoline to find our youngest pair playing driving. He was driving the bus, and she was telling him where to go. Considering they were literally hitting eachother yesterday for the TV remote, it's lovely to see them play so nicely together |
