Thats why I get bored stupid by the game at my house!!
My hubby and my eldest kid take it wayyyyyyy to seriously Im sure there will be blood on my living room carpet by boxing day 
Mind you its my own fault cos I bought them new versions of Monopoly - we have original, make-your-own-opoly, here and now and Disney Pixar versions.
Same with Trivial Pursuit we have original, 1980s and 20th anniversary versions!!

Mine are mainly childrens ones. When my son lived at home we had one evening a week when we would play a game. He usually chose monopoly. But one that used to make me howl laughing after a couple of drinks was snakes and ladders |

Is Mahjong a board game?

my favourite board game is scrabble, used to teach the kids to spell using it, my least favourite boardgame is ironing... I can pass the ironing-board to anyone who wants it |

Oooooo has to be Trivial Pursuit... bought it when it first came out and although it's way out of date, I still hold onto it!
Was a became a tradition in my house with my ex to play it on new years eve.... no wonder that relationship ended !!!! 
I like monopoly and backgammon too!! |
