I heard somewhere there is meant to be a heatwave at the end of the month so keep your fingers crossed it happens.
Ill have to settle for watching the racing on tv for another year!

Ridden a few times this year. Not relying on the UK weather so heading France/Spain in August. Of course I know the minute I leave the country in search of sun blighty will experience the best biking summer for decades.
That's the problem, we get so few genuinely good biking days. Google weather app is the worst. Beginning of the week it predicts searing heat and sun, sun, sun which all gradually turns to some biblical deluge the day before.
Still love it though. Mug that I am. |

due to a very bad accident in bad weather i am a fair weather harley rider ,
i take my hat off to the riders that ride all through the winter , in the mids we have had up to 8inches of snow over the last couple of weeks and i see people ride in it and all i can think is fair play to you ,
we love bikes and all bikers ,
we are organising the countrys first bike rally dedicated to swingers in aug at matlock , anyone interested in a fantastic biker w,end where everyone there is a swinger then please get in touch and i will send you info ,

Ride the 6, the 9 and the 1100...through the rough...appreciate the fine weather. Tis my/our transport. Taking the lid off and smiling....best reward  . In the blood.

Think you have balls riding a vmax in winter. At least if the worst were to occur and someone knocked you off, you know their car would be a write-off lol.
RSV (04-) is probably my fave bike of all time. Live the look, is big withiut seeming unwealdy and the sound.... Fell in love when they first came out. The pre-04 is an unusual beast, but would not say no to one. |
