On the money supermarket website they have a post saying that the goverment are bringing out a £50 license fee for home internet users but is it just an april fools wind up. |

our local newspaper is claiming that a local ice cream producer is feeding Jersey cows a diet of meringue and strawberries for the perfect Eton Mess ice cream

not sure if it's April Fool or not, but read on AOL news that a woman police office tripped on the pavement while investigating a burgarlry and is sueing the guy who called them out because she wasn't warned that the pavement was badly lit |

They did actually think about it!!! Few years ago they thought of introducing a fee on top of your broadband fee, which would go to the entertainment industry. This "fee" would then pay for all the songs / films that people downloaded. Turned out to be unworkable |

Have to say....I think its all madness....we are supposed to teach our kids not to lie yet we encourage it today???....but then again....Santa, Easter bunny....tooth fairy....should I go on???? |

They did actually think about it!!! Few years ago they thought of introducing a fee on top of your broadband fee, which would go to the entertainment industry. This "fee" would then pay for all the songs / films that people downloaded. Turned out to be unworkable "
It's no more a ridiculous idea than a TV licence. |

Its true. was in thetford.too much trouble to put her torch on. Norfolk Constabulary are frantically trying to distance themselves from it |

I thought they said on the news yesterday that the police were funding her claim, she has taken her time about it, the accident was 7 months ago.

is it not only CB radios that are exempt from a licence fee?- I thought it was any machine that can broadcast and receive that needed a licence(think it covers mobile phones too?) |
