There have been studies but none that produce a definitive answer. Most suggest it's a very weak version of urine mixed with secretions from the Skene's glands in the urethra. The bulk of the fluid does come from the bladder though.
There was a study where women who were known to squirt were asked to empty their bladders and them masturbate until they squirted. its also been proven that when a woman empyies her bladder before sex that during sex it fills quick due to activity ....
the more you squirt the more its urine some of the really big squirters are not squirting at all its Coital incontinence and infact it as there are so many big squirters thats alot of Coital incontinence ....

if your piss is dark n smelly all the time then get to the drs or look at your diet ...
when you wake up your first wee will be darker stronger but the rest of the day it should be normal hence healthy women pee is quite clear and should not smell unless its left the body after a few hours ...
this is different for people with health issues or meds
