For me after 40 a man with any thinning hair will look far better with cropped hair / shaved head.

On the scene shaved men seem honest clean and not vain -three requirements before I start!

How do other women feel? About balding mature men? - crop, shave or leave it?

C adores men with short hair and bald heads.

It made me shaving it all off easier instead of continually trying to pretend I didn’t have bald patches!

I love it now, simple to manage and I feel more confident and look hot AF

I clip mine every week

I think male pattern balding makes you look older if left

Only reason I’m bald is because when my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer.

During her chemo and radiotherapy her hair began to fall out.

So I went into the bathroom shaved all my hair off

Then told her well lass seeing as your loosing your hair. We will be 2 baldies together.

Sadly she has passed away now

Gone and completely forgotten.

I'm not bald-bald, just close cropped and sparse.

Does this mean I don't qualify as a BILF?

I keep mine cropped because these days I am more of an eggshell blonde

I usually shave off if I’m going to things, otherwise it gets to grow for a few weeks.

Had something to go to last week and then yesterday so eight days of head shaving and I’m glad of the break from having to do it. Will be like Velcro next few days tho

Just out of interest, what makes a man with a shaved head honest and less vein?

My hair is as thick and luscious as a yard brush, although a weirdly grey one

My hair is what it is, since about 16 years old (ironically as a kid I used to have a huge mob of curly dark hair). Once every 1-2 weeks I trim my face and head with a blade one all over. It suits me which is convenient because its hassle free and cheap. In fact last time I paid a barber to cut my hair I was 19 and it was the camp barber at the start of Basic Training.

Definitely if it's starting to go bald, then shave it off. It makes you look younger longer I think

I used to have hair half way down my bck then decided to shave it all off one day and never looked back...so much easier to maintain.

I also suffered the dreaded male pattern baldness, so I regularly shave it close and then razor.. doesn’t bother me at all not having hair.. much less to worry about .
