Hugging doesn't come naturally to everyone. It definitely wasn't a thing in my upbringing & family.
However, all of my siblings have married into really huggy families which I find quite interesting. It has slowly rubbed off on me and I'm now more open to hugs.
Do you often give/receive hugs? Why? Does it come naturally or did you have to get used to it?

I hate hugging. Always have!
Avoid it like the plague. All my friends/ family know to not try
And I will absolutely decline if people go in for hugs ha! |

Definitely not something done in my family growing up, but I was determined not to be the same for my children and it’s much more natural now.
With a partner, naked hugs in bed or spooning is fantastic. Feels so calming yet exciting. |

My immediate family definitely weren't huggers but some of my ex wifes family were so it kinda rubbed off onto me, i had two daughters so they and their friends all became huggers so now I'm a hugger  |

Really do love giving and receiving hugs. My mum never hugged me as a kid or as an adult and it actually affected me, maybe that's why I'm a hugger now
