Ah not just me then, I was lucky enough to get the 2 day trip to petra,wadi rum and the dead sea in but I did feel a bit rough a day before. But still managed to walk 850 steps to the monastery (almost quit on the way up) but made it up there breathing heavier then a perverted phone call

Best thing to do is take a day out in bed, total rest , lots of fluids , fruit & sleep.
Everyone knows this but never does it. You will feel 100x better and enjoy the rest of your holiday otherwise it will just drag on for days |

Well today is a day of rest anyway so that's not to bad but my mum is bored and had radio derby which is not helping my recovery just annoying noise lol but we did agree to do nothing today and pop out tomorrow so for me it's not like I am wasting a day |

I think holidays are a natural time for us to be unwell, as much as it hurts to not gain the full expectations of why you're away.
I've had it several times and just withdrew from the funz to rest and heal. |

Most of the time it is diarrhea I get from one thing or another... Only had a cold a few times on holiday but that's mostly in Bulgaria when I have stayed all summer till early October and think the sea is warmer enough to swim in |
