The Spanish government has fined budget airlines including Ryanair and easyJet €150 million, against charging for carry-on bags and other ancillary charges. They also criticised Ryanair for €20 fees for printing tickets.

It's good that governments are taking action. Though airlines may retaliate I assume

Not sure why the story is seen as a reason to rejoice.

The airlines will now have to charge more in order to recoup the fines. Who will thru get that money from? Their passengers
