I cried at a film called Transamerica
However if you wanna see me blub like a baby just put 1 of the two talking heads episodes on
'Waiting for the telegram' or 'a cream cracker under the settee'
If you can watch either of them without blubbery you aren't human.
Same goes for the queen of sheba episode of the royle family ! |

"I know someone that cries at deal or no deal
There's me thinking I'd lost the plot blubbing at Undercover Boss USA...but I blame the menopause! "
I asked 'so do u cry when they beat the banker or lose?'
He said 'both'
It's all about the back story apparently |

"I nearly cried at Lawless when they cut Tom Hardy's throat... WTF! He can't die yet! Oh the emotional toil of that film was intense.
Fucking excellent film though."
I only watched because he was in it and I thought "WTF"? He out already!!!! lol

The undercover boss is always teamed up with someone with a back story: single mum who's also raising her sisters 10 kids after she was killed by a polar bear delivering hand knitted blankets to Inuits in Alaska.
The undercover boss then invents new job for them, quadruple their salary, provide college scholarships for the kids...manipulation of the highest order...sniff...sniff...but what can I tell you..sob! |

I think I cried a few times too. When the staff were giving their stories and why they think Derek is such a special person.
When Derek was talking about his mum and dad.
And the end when the car stops...
I usually hate Ricky Gervais but that show is outstanding (unless you're a crab!)... |

"That Derek was very good I thought. Really good with a serious message"
I think it could end up being a very important show one day. As long as the writing stays as strong as the first series... |

The Green Mile
Phantom of the Opera (Gerard Butler version)
Pearl Harbor
The Horse Whisperer & Out of Africa (though that may just be because i hate any film where Robert Redford dies or gets left behind!!) |
