I had it done around two weeks ago, so can confidently say no benefits yet!
Booked privately with Spire Healthcare and the cost will end up just under £3k, the inital consultation was like £200 which might just give you options and whether you need the procedure or if there are other solutions.
I've known i had a problem for years, and was just embarrassed. Since got on with it and been open a mate had said he's got a similar problem and no one has been rude etc about it.
So, if it's a problem for you grasp the nettle whether thats private or nhs.

had a circumcision just over 3months ago,aged 56!Not something I planned,but it became a medical necessity. It was done by the NHS,but I had to go for funding,hence why,from my first appointment it took 2years till the op. Benefits are I can have sex again,and no pain,cleaner etc.
I had a tight foreskin when I was a kid,but it loosened up when I became sexualy active. But I had an accident,on a meet (foreskin split) and it healed badly,so got tighter and just got worse,so I was left with no option but for surgery.
