Carbonated Water, Glucose Syrup (13%), Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Gluconate), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Caffeine, Sweeteners (Aspartame, Acesulfame K), Flavourings, Colours (Sunset Yellow, Ponceau 4R), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).
So fizzy water, sugar , lemon juice , one grain of coffee and some colouring.

This always takes me about 15 minutes no matter how I feel, and anything beyond a brisk walk will cause them to pop off again & you're there wasting another 10 mins refastening them. |
