my paths suddenly developed a load of dog shit, started a month ago, same shit same dog. called the council who "noted" and indicated they would send street cleansing round but never been seen as yet.
Increase fine's for these fuckers who don't clean up after their dog's dumped.  |

It often surprises me how many people don't pick up their dog mess, especially when in places that are popular with families or near children's parks.
It's so tempting half the time to pick it up and slip it in their bag/hood/pocket! |

Where I live it seems like I'm the only person who does pick up after their dog. A walk down the street is a game of dodge the dog shit.
Nothing winds me up more than seeing people let their dog crap somewhere then not pick it up. I now carry extra poo bags and give them to people when I see them not picking up, usually embarrasses them into doing it. |

I own and have had dogs most of my life and it irritates the life out of me when folk let their dog shit and make no effort to pick up.
I have on more than ocassion taken pics of dog and owner and reported as when they get fined they may sort it out.
Dog licences will do nothing to make sure folk clean up being caught abd fined only practical option. |

dog owner here. We have 4 at the moment had more though.
I am never out without a pocket full of bags and one pocket carries the full poo bags home with me to dispose of.
Yet i bend down to pick up my dogs poo and am surrounded by piles of it everywhere. makes us sick. and then all dog owners get a bad rep which is unfair. if you cant take care of them you shouldnt have them and that means both ends of them. |

I have come up with a revolutionary idea which I'm planning on marketing. It's similar to a mini Moses basket, Which hooks over the dogs tail and hangs just below its arse. I call it the collect-a-cleg.

don't tarnish all us dog owners with the same brush, I clean up after my dogs, my oh took dogs out last week usually always has a supply of poo bags in his pocket but had run out without realising, he actually found some fish and chip paper and picked it up with that even though it ripped while picking it up and he ended up with poo over his fingers!!!!!! don't think he'll forget them again lol but do agree there are some lazy people out there, bet their gardens are piled with dog shit! |

My area looks like a goddamn world sausage tournament this year. I was about to kill a dog owner with a spade for using my mother's front gate as his dogs usual shitting spot but he either died elsewhere or moved away... |

We had that with an old lady up the road.
We kept coming home to find the front gate open and dog shit in our garden and thought the postman/leaflet men were leaving it open. - Ended up putting signs out and spoke to them to ask that they please remember to close the gate when they leave.
Sat at home one day during a day off and heard the gate open; looked out the window to see this old lady open the gate for her bulldog to let him shit on our grass!
Went out and had a go at her, she kept doing it so we got the police and the council involved. She's stopped doing it now (and to be honest, I haven't seen the dog lately either), but I was ready to kill the both of them.
We live opposite massive fields and a park so it didn't make sense. Why insist on MY front garden?
