Both. When I've had great sex I'm buzzing and thinking I should really do it more often.
When I'm looking forward to potentially having sex my libido is ridiculously high and I'm bouncing around the place.
Right now it's about 8.25? Bit nervous waiting for a reply but trying to be nonchalant and not think about them or sex.  |

I work away quite a bit and my hotel stays can get quite lonely and boring.

I've never on the scale as such. I don't have days when I feel horny or not.
If I want to feel horny, I turn on the tap and allow myself feel horny. The feeling never comes unbidden without my explicit permission and allowance of it.
If there is a provoking situation, I decide mentally if I wish to accept the provocation or ignore it.
It's taken many years to reach that level of self-control, but I feel better for it.
