Family coming over so the Lady is doing leg of lamb, turkey crown, sausages in bacon, stuffing, veg and roasties. Lemon Merangue for after, if anyone has any room left. Is it Easter or Christmas??? |

Half leg of lamb here (there's only the 2 of us) bought from the butcher yesterday. Having with stuffing, broccoli, roast potatoes, yorkie pudding and carrott & swede mash.
All that and I forgot we were going out for a late lunch with friends later!  |

Chorizo sausage, green pea and feta salad with a smoked paprika olive oil.
Roast beef with Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes with a rich jus.

Debating on sunday lunch at an all you can eat place for 9 quid... Which is fantastic... But thinking it is going to be super busy!!! Plus still not happy about losing me hour so still in bed trying to prise myself away for my duvet... |

We've got a whole poached salmon and a fore-rib of roasted beef, carrots, parsnips, broccoli, yorkies, roast potatoes and three different salads. I suspect it will be Easter Eggs for pudding. At last! |

Nothing right now 
I was supposed to be having feasts and spending the week at my mothers...but my son ended p in hospital thurs so i didn't shop and they let him home this morning and nowhere is open...easter take away  |
