Why do you change your user name?

Some change their name often.
Others now and then. Others never.
I often think people have left only to find they are still here but 'rebranded'
I've also spoken to people and thought ...... I know you OR they speak to me as if they know me and I haven't got a sodding clue who they are ?
Just how many different reasons will we find on this thread ?? Some'll be interesting ....

Grånny, some of the main protagonists on here are Fab enemies of the state. They are perpetually on the run and trying to stay one step ahead of the site proprietors.
They change their names as frequently as Willy Idol changes his Y-Fronts for purposes of stealth, subterfuge and guile. |

Boredom, I love puerile humour, then boredom again, and I'm an attention seeker.
I'd probably need about 50 name changes a year to satisfy my boredom/puerile/attention wishes.
And I'd also probably pay £25-£40 each year for the chance to do so. |

I'd been Dirty Danish for a few years, lots has happened since then, I was part of a couples profile Doughnut and Danish, I mean we are still a couple but we deleted the profile in January after 8 years, our life took a very different turn, I've deleted profiles so much in the last couple of months and when I was finally ready to come back properly (well to talk on the forums at least), I joined again under a different name, got site supporter and got DirtyDanish2.0 but it didn't feel right.
While we was away, I said the phrase lady boner and I just thought that was good for shits and giggles.

I've never changed mine on an existing profile but this is my fourth profile in 8 years and I've had a completely different name on each one mainly because I don't want any direct link to previous profiles and my reasons for leaving.
The same goes for verifications. I don't ask for people who have verified me previously to do so again. |
