Yeah I know its Sunday morning but what's your best burger from the mainstream Burger joints.

Had the double 1/4 pounder from mcds and that was tasty.

Archies in Manchester. I think it's a chain in the North but not found one down here. They have a thing for pink and neon so very instagramable.

Fat Hippo. Not sure if they’re all over the country but I know there’s a few around the north of England.

Excommunicdo.

My choice is limited seeings as I don’t go to many burger joints.

So it’s gotta be the humble Double Whopper.

Seeing as they’re a million pounds to buy these days, I’ve delved into my own creations a lot more, at home.

My current favourite is a steak, with minced chorizo done with a ‘juicy Lucy’ style blue cheese centre.

Excellent point you make there. I put a lot of stock in how good the bun is that holds the burger.

"Either 5 Guys or Tim Hortons"

I like Tim Hortons but the UK ones are a real let down compared to the Canadian stores.

Eat one, and the deal would be sealed, that semi would double.

Yes!! Wendy's, now that is a place with a delicious burger, funnily enough it was the baconator! Plus their fries are awesome too

Mainstream.

Five guys double is pretty good.

I would say Wendy's but I've not been in the UK yet. The Big Dave and the Baconator are both solid contender.

I miss A&W. There was one in Glasgow that shared a unit with KFC. Now my favourite fast food burger place is Burger King.

Bacon double xxl. I can feel my arteries harden with every bite.
