Boutinela is a female swimwear hypebrand. They advertise almost purly online mainly on Instagram using a mixture of online influencers and online and young models (from across the world) known for their booties., who they call Boutinela babes. Most of their photos seem to emphasis the bum and it's aimed towards a male audience.
The question I have how does this company even make any money. Surly aiming product marketing towards mem who will not buy the product is not sound. So how comes they are successful? |

Victoria secrets which recently changed it's marketing approach from sexy underwear models appealing to men. To trying to be more body positive and inclusive aiming towards females
The next question Im doing to ask is what is the appeal of boutinela to young women? |

What makes you say it's aimed at men?
Just had a quick look and their costumes seem very on trend with the younger generation.
They also encourage women to tag their products. For the ones who want to be influencers(hate that word) I'm guessing it's a good platform with their fan pages |

There official brand, studio and the offical boutinela babes page is mainly men discussing how thet are beautiful or how they like their ass or discussing how they are wanking over the pictures. |

Quick Google search says they've been trading since 2012, and we're apparently very popular a couple of years ago. Looks like they make money more from the turnover from pics/models. Free models that is who do a shoot and get a bikini for the bother. Focusing on folk with followers already |

CEO os a man called Ryan Nkwono. In 2912 they were a hipster surf brand. In 2014 they adopted the current marketing strategy. |

"The question is, how did you become so knowledgeable on the brand OP..
"
We (me and freinds) were having a discussiion on it wondering how they were dominating our times lines even though we clearly would not be interested in it as men. I pointed out about the spotlight effect and how algorithms work and I did not receave the same adverts.
One of my freinds stated something that sparked my interest. Something along the lines of. How did a man convince the young top, models to be photographed with exposed butt cheeks in a quasi pornographic agency at the height of MeToo and then make it the primary trend? |

I’ve had a look at them, and for the sake of market research other swimwear companies.
I’ve yet to find one that doesn’t use attractive women to market female swimwear.
There is definitely some kind of conspiracy here.
I’m now going to look deeper into women’s clothing & underwear. It’s clearly sexism |
