Reports from a village in a remote part of Wales called Cwm-Cou where there are claims that pub regulars always speak Welsh when English tourists walk in. The village vaccination centre has been closed because of an invasion by two snakes. One is a non poisonous grass snake but the other is a poisonous adder whose tongue may have picked up the scent of human blood from the the point of injection. Wild animals who get the scent of blood often want more. Locals have already named the snakes Cwm and Cou after the village they were found in. So far no bites or fatalities are reported but snake experts were called. Is this the first of more invasions? And why Wales? It's all over the news |
