I got a message alert this morning to use the new Fab App.

Now Fab is amongst all my other apps and I no longer have to use browser to access it.

Did anyone else see this message alert

Nope on iPhone you can download a weblink and put it on the phone and backends off iPhones default browsers

Here is the disciptoin

Add icon to iPhone

If you go back to the homepage of the mobile app and scroll down to the very bottom of the page you'll see instructions on how to add the Fab web app icon to your iphone.

Note you need to be using the default iPhone Safari browser to do this

I've had it ages, it's not an app per se, more of a direct tab outside your browser, still all shows up in your browsing history.

It’s still backending off the browser I think I not been prompted to download anything but it is a neat way to do it

Very confusing as I've looked at the apps in my settings and it's there .

I had a shortcut icon before "hidden" on my home screen

I'm sure if there was an actual app for fab we would have had an announcement about it, I know I've added a shortcut to my home screen before now. I don't think I'd use the app if it was an actual app anyway.
