Harvey Nichols. In my area of the British Isles there are seven branches. I still need to visit the ones in Edinburgh, Leeds, Bristol, Manchester and Liverpool. The Birmingham 'branch' was, umm, just nice. |

Small independent places can be brilliant or terrible.
The thing with chains, they tend ( but not always) give you consistency ...that matches your expectations. So there is much to be said for that. |

Can appreciate people supporting independent places
Guess I just have a thing for Spoons my home from home, especially with the tea refills and a good book.
2 more West Midlands ones ticked off, though have a long way to go to match others who have done each of the over 800 spoons in the UK |
