Yay me, I've had a headache for the last 24 hours. Not so yay.
It is Friday though Miss Meli, people will be having fun somewhere this evening. I'll be sleeping.

I went through a phase of finishing a shower with a cold one. My mood would always be grumpy after, not the rejuvenation I was hoping for. I hope it is a good day for you. |

Morning OP et al.
I woke up early on a grey morning, *however* a miracle occurred because I was able to drag myself out of bed, put my joggers on, find a pair of old trainers with soles worn but hopefully not enough to fuck my back by wearing them, and go for a jog. I was quickly out of breath and probably burned off so little fat that I'll have put it back on just by smelling some food, but it's a start. |

It’s Friday already? Cor blimey guvner, the week has positively flown by.
For once. I almost had enough sleep so that I feel vaguely human like. Started my long road back to fitness with a short walk.
Further improves upon by getting a double yolker egg when making my brekky pancakes. A great sign for promise of top notch day. |

This morning is bright and positive - had a bit of a negative evening but throwing that away and looking forward to the weekend's positivity. Only have to pop into the office at 10 today and thats me done. Form filling for the July social event ...mmmm sausages!!
