Hi fabsters xx have received an item that I didn’t order but it is not eligible for a return! Any ideas from others in similar position where they were able to get it returned and refunded? Thanks in advance |

Just to be clear : you didn’t order it but your account HAS been charged?
Do you have a date / time the order was made (it should be in your orders section)
Seems weird that a random order has been made against your log in and charged to your account (and delivered to your address) that you had nothing to do with.
Maybe check your account security - have you been hacked!? |

All sorry my wording wasn’t clear! I did order an inflatable butt plug, but what was delivered was another type of inflatable butt plug (which I already have) but not the one I chose and ordered!! So it wasn’t the one I actually ordered but a different model (still in its bag and packaging - not opened). I understand why they will not take returns on these type of products but the delivered item is not the one I ordered - hope that’s clearer! Thank you all who have responded - very much appreciated x |

Agreed! You just have to try and track down the right customer support / live chat channel to submit the request and then they usually arrange a refund no questions asked. Good luck Op! |

"If the item is not what you ordered contact the company with the evidence. It's likely they won't want the item back but will send out the one you ordered....free butt plug!!!
