I killed them, took them home, and ate them.
Adder Pi is really tasty, but it takes a long time to get through it. |

Well you can't blame the dog owners they love their dogs and have been used to letting them roam free on the beaches all winter long shitting and pissing all over it, so to be told to put the lead on them coz its summer is anti dog owner some will carry on letting them roam freely others will abide by the rules ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

I was always being called to catch and remove snakes from peoples gardens in Africa and in Australia. Had some good friends into the care of wild life back in the day.
I knew a well known snake handler back in the day who had a very funny, albeit extremely dangerous experience.
He and a few others were out at a farm where they were having problems with a Black Mamba. (Deadly Venomous snake) Obviously not thinking right at the time lol they came across a large ant hill. No idea why he did it, but he decided to have a look inside, so put his head into one of the holes and came face to face with the said Black Mamba lol. No hands to do anything and knew if he tried to move, to get out, he would be bitten. So spent the next hour in that same motionless position until the Mamba decided it was safe to go further in and he could then pull his head out lol.

"I would describe that as a negative experience ."
LOL
Would certainly get the blood pumping. Fortunately my experiences never got that bad. I think the worst I had was being called to a farm and said they had a Green Mamba in the Hedge. LOL most Green Mamba sightings (99%) are harmless Bush Snakes. So looking and finding the snake I grabbed it at the tail end and slowly pulled it out. Normally all Bush Snakes are Max 1m long. Pulling this one out went over 1m and eventually realised it was a Green Mamba. Didn't have any tools or Sack to put it into and when I realised what I was dealing with (2 and a bit meters) I decided the only way was to spin round continuously keeping its nasty end away from me lol. Eventually worked my hands along its length and managed to get it's head. Collapsed on the ground from Dizziness lol holding it's head and calling for the owners to get me a sack out of my 4x4. Fortunately got it in the sack safely and released it 40kms in the bush land. |

So the Green Mamba was just over 2 metres, and you were swinging it around, so I'm going to assume from your central point to hand is about 1 metre, making the radius of the swing circle around 3 metres, with a circumference therefore of approx 19 metres.
Do others concur?

Also - Lowestoft - I did genuinely enjoy the Black and Green Mamba stories - they're pretty scary and fun.
But we're sabotaging Tom's thread for fun too....hence the maths . |

LOL
You always get idiots coming onto forums to do anything to try and make something false.
LOL
What makes you people Tick or is it just a simple explanation of Self Importance or Lack of self esteem?
If you have an IQ of greater than say umm 10,,,, lol You might be able to work out how that is possible. But if you need an explanation, give me a DM and I will try and put it into a very simple explanation that even you might be able to understand.

More warnings after a dog was bitten twice in the course of a year in a place called Setley which is in the New Forest where wild ponies are actually taming free. Adders have distinctive diamond markings and the signature tongue which it sticks out and picks up scent from unsuspecting victims |
