There's a manage verifications option on your account. On the list of things on the left of the screen.

You can't delete it. You can choose not to display it or you can block the person who wrote it but it will still count as a verification in the summary.

Only admin can actually delete it completely.

If you mean a verification you've given to someone else, it isn't possible to delete it.

you can't delete them you can hide it only if they delete account it still stays
