I've not really heard the younger generation or even my own use the term giving head.

Hahaha, I must be honest it’s not something I’m asked a lot but I’ve never thought of it as a younger generations slang word for blowjob to be honest as people have been saying it longer then I’ve been alive. For me it wouldn’t phase me at all if someone in their 70’s used the term in a conversation. We’re all adults and enjoying oral and having sex is a natural thing people of all ages enjoy, so is talkings about it. It’s a pretty mild and tame sex slang to term to say as well compared to some things I’ve heard so them saying it wouldn’t make me think they were trying to sound young or whatever words the kids used today instead of “hip” lol.
As for other ways to say it, there’s loads of other terms used to refer to giving a guy oral sex but like with most sex slang they are designed to be more sexualised, to sound a filthier or naughtier way of saying something sexual. None are designed to be used by a specific age group as they’re for any age. However I don’t think as far as I know of, that there any sex slang terms with it trying to sound more sophisticated or classy while also still sexy.

I remember boys at school saying she gave me head, and everyone laughing about Head 'bags', for girls it would be licking out....which I never participated in till I was 18

Lol Yeah I know you mean, I’ve seen that on people statuses before and for me personally it’s not something I’d put cos I don’t think it sounds regardless of age but I can also appreciate it might have that eeugh effect on younger woman as they probably don’t see guys that way in a sexual way or associate them as being sexually active and probably more think of them as none sexual beings like their grandad or father. At the end of the day though, a guy is a guy no matter his age, from puberty to old age and what they like and enjoy , tame or spicy is same as younger people. Heck if I can raise more than a smile when I’m in my 70’s I’d probably want to put myself out there if I was single as well. I just wouldn’t put that as my status, just like I wouldn’t now to be fair  x |
