My pics are awful! I have the eye to appreciate art but not to create it myself!
I’m waiting for one of the guys who reach out claiming to be photographers to actually be genuine

So, apart from me, obviously.
People whose profiles I'll actively click through just to see their pictures again include the knights, piscean dream, and Julie&Beef. There's plenty of other people around who's pictures I've appreciated, but they're the ones I like enough to choose to look at again.
I'm not always a particularly visual person. But those are the ones I think of when I think of good pictures  |

OP says you don't have to name, people could of used initials and of course, they could just pass by
Or maybe profiles that continuously ask for profile advice or pic advice or moan about why they don't get replies may take a look a said great pics and be inspired

In an artistic sense, the following:
Fabulous & Bearded had beautiful photos. Arty and sometimes erotic.
Also liked City Jeans pics.
Thing Two also had great pics as did Ruby Woo.
There was also a Swedish couple who were often in hot pics, they had great photos but not seen them about lately and cannot remember their profile name.
In a phwoarrrr “i wanna sit on your knob” sense……not saying.
