So many guys are uploading pics that are very clearly photoshopped and not very well done either. Just seen one and it looked more like a deformity than a big penis.

We have seen a few in the past but they are getting worse

If it's their own photographs that they are massacring then they are the architects of their own fate on here. I say leave them be.

It happens. It's not exclusive to men though.

Equally many women filter their photos so much that they look like a completely different person in real life.

When people photoshop themselves to look bigger/smaller/thinner or filter their faces so much that you'd not recognise them in the same room it makes me wonder what responses they expect should they ever meet someone face to face?

It’s the filters I find the most sinister. Feminising filters, de-aging filters. Doesn’t affect me directly very much for obvious reasons but it’s rather scary and symptomatic of the post-truth and heavily “nudged” society we are all having to get used to.

These filters sound terrible. Where do you get these anti ageing ones? Asking for a friend haha.

Let them crack on. Usually pretty obvious. I'd have said more commonplace for women though because often these photo apps are marketed that way.

I use filters on my photos and I'll admit, I do take them at certain angles and use stuff like contrast, highlighting and shadowing to enhance certain parts without actually manipulating the shape. I do occasionally feel a bit guilty when one comes out looking really good and I feel like I'm catfishing people
