Jeez why is my life a constant chain of tasks, I just want to chill out. I wish people would do the jobs they are being paid to do and I didn't have to chase them up all the time.
I hope this film is good.
I'm sick to death of hearing about Ryan fucking Gosling.
Burp.... Mmm that stir fry I cooked was pretty good.
I wonder if I'll get time to watch an episode of discovery before I fall asleep tonight. |

Why my dad's energy account is over £3k in credit, how the energy company have allowed it to get that high and why on earth are they still taking money from him every month. Chiefly I am thinking about what I'm going to say to them when I get to speak to someone. |

Yes, I will do but I'd like to know why they've let it build up without notifying him. I do sort of know the answer and I suspect it's not entirely their fault |

Of course you'd get it. I wish Saltburn was released in the Summer, can't really have a Saltburn Summer now. "
The theme for us in June is midsummer night’s dream. Saltburn is ON |

That is a lot of money for a person living alone, It is estimated that gas and electricity suppliers are holding in excess of £1 billion of customers money.
On my present usage £3k would buy me over 2 years worth of Gas & Electricity.
Do you have a POA with your dad? |

I need to get out of bed… the dogs need to go out, I need to get hay for the goat, if I don’t make that ice cream today the milk won’t be worth it, shall I make meringues, maybe I’ll start with the ironing, shite does the fish tank need cleaning this week, I wonder when my planned meet will message to bail on me…
ADHD has triggered my over thinking today. If I’m not careful I’ll end up getting nothing done and hating myself (again). |

Leave the ironing and meringues. Take the dogs out, get hay for the goats, make ice cream, breathe. |

Good advice. I’m going to get a coffee and take it from there. Small steps and I may surprise myself. |

I don't think it's stubbornness really. I reckon it's more to do with maintaining independence. I do admit that I can find it very frustrating trying to deal with dad's stuff sometimes though but he probably found it frustrating dealing with my stuff too |

I’m currently walking to work and thinking why I do I bother !! I’m working away from home and travel up and down the country. It’s causing me to be very unhappy and the loneliness is creeping in so much |
