Jeez why is my life a constant chain of tasks, I just want to chill out. I wish people would do the jobs they are being paid to do and I didn't have to chase them up all the time.

Why my dad's energy account is over £3k in credit, how the energy company have allowed it to get that high and why on earth are they still taking money from him every month. Chiefly I am thinking about what I'm going to say to them when I get to speak to someone. |

That is a lot of money for a person living alone, It is estimated that gas and electricity suppliers are holding in excess of £1 billion of customers money.
On my present usage £3k would buy me over 2 years worth of Gas & Electricity.

I must admit everytime my daughter brings up the POA subject I try to divert the conversation elswhere, we older people can be very stubborn at times |

I don't think it's stubbornness really. I reckon it's more to do with maintaining independence. I do admit that I can find it very frustrating trying to deal with dad's stuff sometimes though but he probably found it frustrating dealing with my stuff too |
